BULAKAN, Bulacan – Bulakan Mayor Vergel C. Meneses led the celebration of Catorce de Noviembre– the 147th birth year of General Gregorio H. del Pilar.
The full-day celebration included the lighting of the approximately 35-ft. Christmas Tree and 'Gabi ng Kabataan', featuring several local artists and bands in Plaza del Pilar.
